For rentals, maximum 10 guests, we offer a luxurious family property, overlooking Comacina Island.
The villa is located in the village of Sala Comacina, a picturesque center on the western shore of Lake Como. It is cleverly built to offer not only enchanting views but also spacious interiors and refined rooms with different functions. It has two swimming pools: one indoor and one outdoor, has a wellness area, with sauna and Jacuzzi, has garden equipped with outdoor furniture.

On the lower floor there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom (with shower and bathtub). On the ground floor: another double with a private bathroom (with shower) and a 33 m² terrace.
On the attic floor: again a double plus bathroom (with shower and bathtub), an additional living room (with double sofa bed that can be used as a bedroom). Linens are provided by the facility.
The ground floor and the attic have air conditioning.
On the lower floor it is not necessary precisely because of the type of structure, certified as higher energy class.
The state-of-the-art kitchen is contiguous to the living area with open-plan dining room.

The house is conveniently located to the village center, the lovely lakefront where you can have lunch or dinner while enjoying traditional Italian dishes and excellent wines, and to live immersed in typical Italian village life.
Sala Comacina is home to an excellent wine shop, a butcher's shop with the freshest cuts, a bakery, a convenience store and bar, the beach, and a ferry station with cab boats to the island.
It is less than 5 minutes from Lenno beach, the ferry dock and the supermarket.
Less than a 5-minute walk to a lido with beach volleyball court, basketball area, 5-a-side soccer, and restaurant. The cable car to Pigra, with breathtaking views of Como, is less than a 10-minute drive away.
