Villa Flavia is a private estate located on the western shore of Lake Como, it is the pearl of one of the most beautiful natural landscapes in the world, being right in front of the Comacina Island it enjoys a unique and exclusive view.
It has an outdoor, heated swimming pool (8.5 x 3 m) overlooking the island.
Precisely because of its suggestive position, it is in great demand for events, video shoots and photo shoots. It represents the perfect synthesis of architecture and landscape.
The strategic position and the magnificent landscape also make Villa Flavia ideal for any type of holiday: relaxing, sporting, cultural or gastronomic.
Open all year round, it is equipped with every functional comfort: SPA, Apple TV, satellite TV with 3D Led screen and USB connection (in the cinema room and rooms), Hi-Fi with iPod support, wi-fi throughout the Villa and air conditioning in the rooms. It can be rented for short stays (minimum 3 nights). Butler and private chef services are available on request. Two bicycles are provided. Small dogs are allowed.
On the first floor are the rooms: 4 doubles and 1 twin and the bathrooms, 1 private in the master bedroom, 1 with shower, 1 service bathroom.

The villa has a completely renovated annexe, which offers the same quality standards as the main villa. It covers an area of approximately 80 sqm on two levels: kitchen (with fireplace) and bathroom on the ground floor; double bedroom, bathroom and large living room (convertible into a second double bedroom) with bar area. Both bathrooms are large, finely furnished and equipped with a rain shower. This property is also equipped with the most modern comforts: 3D LED satellite TV and USB connection (in the living room and bedroom), Hi-Fi with iPod dock, wi-fi and air conditioning.

There are two large car parks in front of the villa and, for those arriving by lake, there are two marinas where it is possible to moor.

Other services available: local staff, breakfast preparation, welcome cocktail, change of bed linen twice a week, change of bath and pool towels twice a week, cleaning every Saturday and at the end of the stay, midweek cleaning, pool cleaning.
